Dawn 12.0 Featured collection carousal for Desktop Slide Issue

In dawn 12.0 for featured collection section, when carousal is enabled for desktop, the images slide to the end of the left side of the page even when page width is set to 1200 px in the theme setting. I would like the images to slide left or right within the 1200 px limit of the featured collection container which is centered (left to right).

With desktop carousal enabled

Without desktop carousal enabled

Need the images to slide within the red line limit.

This is the standard issue on dawn 12.00 raw without any customization. Page width 1200 px. If you add a featured collection section and have 6 to eight products in the collection and enable the carousel for desktop, you will see the issue.
