Dawn 2.0 Theme: How to create"New" and "Bestseller" labels/badges that are triggered by product tag?

Hello, I am using the Dawn 2.0 them and would like to create tags that similar to the "Sale" tag (blue cylinder with white text), except for them to say "New" and/or "Bestseller" and have have a different color. I would then like these tags to be activated through a specific product tag.

How would I go about creating these via code without downloading an app? I appreciate all your help in advance.
