Dawn 2.0 theme show discount price for tagged cutomers

Is it possible to add this functionality by coding it instead of an app?

For example,

Compare at Price = $100
Price = $65

Customer tagged with "Signature" gets 50% off the Compare at Price, so

"Signature" customer sees

Compare at Price = $100
Price = $50

A link to my site in development is spaun-drum-company.myshopify.com and the password to enter is spaun.
