DAWN - Full width collection banner image with title

I know many have asked similar questions.

How do I add code to have the collection image be a full-width banner on my collection page?  I also want the collection title on the image (not boxed).

It is possible by the custom code so if you have knowledge about custom coding then you can do it self but if you are not friendly with the custom coding then you need to hire a certified shopify expert for do it this job.
