Dawn - Image Banner - Reposition Buttons (desktop & mobile)

Hi, i i want to move the 2 buttons  -  each one over the center of the 2 images. and then same for mobile. I've checked a few posts and obviously custom settings for the image banner but not found anything. 

Anyone got any suggestions - thanks.

@JMD1411 - add this css to the very end of your base.css file and check

@media screen and (max-width: 749px) {
#shopify-section-template--24197963841883__image_banner .banner__box{padding: 32rem 1.5rem !important;}
}

It moves on mobile, but not in the right place, as you can see... but nothing on desktop.
