Dawn- Implementing Scrolling Effect to a Specific Section

I created a scrolling effect in my custom liquid that reveals a line with bullet points as you scroll. I would like to make it so that this effect only applies to the "Image With Text" section. How can I modify my code to make this effect exclusive to that section?
