Dawn Mobile looks different on iPhone vs on back end? How do I fix this?

When I check my site for mobile in the designer, the All Products and Collections is not right. It looks like this:

but when I check my phone, it looks like this. There is no space and they are not stacked as in the designer. Am I not seeing the mobile version on mobile? Do I have to turn something on somewhere? 

Please help. Thank you!

That happens because the width of the Shopify Editor is different from that of an iPhone. The editor is just simulating a smaller screen size, so you've a general understanding of how your site will look on smaller screens. It is not simulating an iPhone nor other phones. 

What you're experiencing is normal.
