Dawn Theme: Centre Navigation Menu and Move so it is on the row beneath the logo

Hello,

Does anyone know how to centre the navigation bar and ensure it is on the row beneath the logo, search bar, shopping basket and account icon please?

For an example, the layout will be similar to the example below.
