Dawn Theme - Collapsible Row Content

Hello Everybody,

I am developing my store using the Dawn theme. I need to write something specific to my product in the Collapsible Row Content section of the product page. However, it is not possible to write descriptions on the basis of product or collection. How can I do that?

Hi @RiverRise,

In order to have different Collapsible Row content for each product, you first need to create metafield and then connect it with your theme setting to display metafield on your product pages:

• Create Metafield by going to Setting > Metafields > Products > Add definition > fill out the required info.
• Go to Products > Within each product page, scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the metafield you've created before, then fill out the specific content for each.
• Navigate to Online Store > Theme > Customize 
• Select Products then Default Product from the page selector at the top
• Within the sidebar menu, click on the Collapsible Row section > Row content >  click on the Insert Dynamic Source as the photo attached below > Select the associated metafield

• Finally, hit Save

hello @AvadaCommerce, thanks but the problem is, I don't know how to prepare the metafields. I don't know which fields to fill in. 😞

If you only use text for collapsible row content, you may select the content type for the metafield as "Multi-line text"

After the metafield for products is created, you can find that field under each product page. There kindly enter the content for your collapsible row based on the product.

Hello! I've set up my metafields but they are not showing as an option when I click 'Insert Dynamic Source' on collapsible rows. Any clues? It only shows ''title'' or ''vendor'' metafields. I'm trying to add custom size guides to each product...
