Dawn theme — Edit and add footer text/link

Any chance theres an easy way to do these two things? 

1) Remove Powered by Shopify

On a previous version of the site this was achieved by removing the text here. But the theme broke and we had to reinstall. That could've been due to something else, but it was the only customization I made. Hoping theres a way to achieve this by adding to the custom CSS field instead.

2) Add text with a link opposite to the copyright, which is aligned right, that says Website by Novenary (linked to novenarydesign.com). Would love if this could be achieved the same way as mentioned above.
