Dawn Theme - How to fix footer to bottom of page?

Using the Dawn theme, I would like to fix the Footer to the bottom of the page for both desktop and mobile.

On pages where there is very little content (for example: my 'About' page just has 2 paragraphs of text), the Footer is currently just below the text container, floating in the middle of the page. How do you fix it the bottom of the page instead?
