Dawn Theme. How to move the product description, to below the product images?

Hi,

Can the product description on the Dawn theme be moved to sit underneath the product images?

Using the Dawn theme. From my understanding, to move the product description underneath the image requires a coding change or new input. Any help is appreciated. The theme is not live yet, the URL is vapersaustralia.com.au. I'm willing to go live momentarily to help me solve this problem.

Quickest method is to use a custom liquid block and use the following code snip

Could you please instruct how to create the custom liquid block. A step by step process would be advantageous. Working with Shopify is a new experience for me, coming from another competitor in the market.
