dawn theme: I cannot upload certain files

Hi!

I cannot upload certain jpeg and files to my theme at www.10xfuel.com - while other files work. File size is not the issue. What is going wrong?

Please offer the following context so I can better assist:

  • What theme are you currently using?
  • For reference, what are the file sizes that are rejected? 
  • What do the files and jpegs that are rejected have in common?
  • Are they using a similar software, that is different from the others, or perhaps downloaded from the same place?
  • Does saving the files locally and changing their properties impact whether or not they are accepted? 
  • Have you tried to recreate the issue across other browsers or devices?

All of that can help us narrow down the issue to provide the correct troubleshooting steps.
