Dawn Theme Menu and submenu

Hello, I´m having trouble finding out why I can´t acces my menu´s sections. In my computer I can acces all my menu´s pages, but on the mobile phone, I can only acces the subcategories. The mega menu displays all the pages created, but can´t acces the main categories, only the ones below. I don´t know if I am explaining my self correctly, but I would appreciate some help. Thank you!
