Dawn Theme: Move country-selector to the top of the tab menu in mobile view

In the Dawn theme's mobile view, the country selector currently appears at the bottom of the expanded drawer menu. This placement can be inconvenient for users who need to change their country settings, as they have to scroll through the entire menu to find it.

Can someone please help me to move the country selector to the top of the tab menu? This would make it immediately visible to users upon opening the menu, allowing for quick and easy access.
