Please help in making this wave or something similar

the waves on the site you've mentioned is added by animation tag from code side.

for that you need to create custom element and set it to your site.

you can use wave image or any other SVG like waving if you don't want to add animation.

for that you need to make changes in code side. if you can do that it is very simple. otherwise you need to take help from expert or experienced developer who can do it.

if you want me to do that, you need to provide the access of your store, so i can make changes in code and fix your issue.
