Dawn theme newsletter sign-up captcha issue

Hi, I am using the Dawn theme and I have noticed a lot of people are not verifying there email, on testing I see that they 'submit to join the newsletter and receive a discount', and they think they did it but no confirmation message is displayed, but it didn't submit because it is asking them to confirm they are not a robot captcha further up the screen and they don't scroll up to see the captcha and complete it.

How do I either move the captcha down the page or have the page scroll to the captcha when they submit to join the newsletter?
