Dawn Theme: Please Help! Change font to Sentence Case on Menu Nav., Footer

I've searched everywhere to no avail. All help appreciated!

1. Change menus, navigation, footer to SENTENCE CASE font. Right now its set to change all inputted text to uppercase.
2. Alternately, is there any code I can REMOVE so that the font will follow how it is inputted into Shopify?

*I have a code to make it all lowercase, which worked for lowercase, but I need it written with a sentence case. Like this: Shop  /  About   / Customer Service
