Dawn Theme - remove country picker border - move in line/display left mobile.

Id like to remove the country/region border/padding from both desktop and mobile. Then have them inline like this: "COUNTRY / REGION: CAD $ ? CANADA v" with the caret down symbol. For mobile to have country/region aligned left (NOT MIDDLE). Hope I can get some help with this? Thank you!
