Dawn Theme - Sold Out banner to show on products out of stock & Filtering sizes to show those sizes

Hello!

1) On my product page, I want to have a Sold Out banner across a product when it's completely sold out; as in all sizes are not in stock. I want the product to still show despite it no longer having stock, as I want customers to ask me when I will get stock because I can direct them to a physical store that sells my products where they might have stock for that size.

2) When customers filter products with a size they want (for example, size EU40), some products with that size that are no longer available and in stock appear. How can I ensure that only products with the size they are looking for show up?

@Frieqe  - by default non available variants are disabled for the purchase, so you can check if all variants are available or not, if not even a single variant is available then you can put sold out banner on your product. This all will need some coding.
