(Dawn Theme) Split Shopify Section into 2 - static image left and product carousel on the right

Hi, 

I want to split a page section into two (left & right). 

Left content is supposed to show a static image. Right content should show a product carousel. 

How can I do that?

This would require code changes and is not something Shopify can support directly. Someone here may be able to offer guidance but you can also look into hiring a Shopify Expert to help you with this.
