You can follow these steps:

1. Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Edit code
2. Open your theme.liquid theme file
3. Paste below code before </body> :

     #shopify-section-header{
         position: absolute;
         width: 100%;
         top: 38px;
      }
     .header-wrapper--border-bottom{
         background: transparent;
         border-bottom: 0;
     }
     .header--has-menu{
         background: transparent;
     }
</style>
