I have been using the Dawn theme. I just recently started my store and my "about me" section and FAQ and my product description aren't showing, even though I have a description block. How do I fix this?

Product description should only be visible in product page. You can also check if you have a block "description" in your product

 

  • From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on "Online Store" and then "Themes".
  • Find the theme that you want to edit and click on "Customize".
  • This should open the theme edit, go to "Products", and "Default products", to go to your product page template.
  • Make sure you have "description" on one of your block and the eye icon is not disabled.
