Debut - How to add "language selector" in the header ?

Hello. I'm using "Debut" theme and added "Translation Lab" app for a second language. 

In my theme setting, I could click "Show language selector" in the footer setting. 

But there is no this function in the header setting as default. 

I tried to find a code from footer.liquid, but I don't know the exact code.

Could you please help me to find which code I need to copy and paste to header.liquid?

OR I assume this is not the right way to do it. If so, please help me how to do it. 

This is the current screen shot in my footer with the language selector.

I would like this red language selector to the right left to search bar in the header here.
