debut theme - add line on home page before footer menu

Hello,
I want to add a line between the bottom of the home page and the footer menu.
in desktop and mobile Visibility.
i attached a screenshots of the line i want and the exact location to be clear.
my url store is - signon-store.com and the password is krawth

Please Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code then go to assets/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

.site-footer{border-top:1px solid #f4dcc3;}
