Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi im using Debut theme in my web page but i have the following problem, as you can see in the photos when somebody is accesing to the web page from an iphone in certain pages instead of text it just show a big blank space and in the footer the menus i create not showing too, why is happening this?, i tried in several android phones and in everyone is showing correct but in iphone isn't it
That's a strange one! I suspect that this is either due to changes to the coding of the theme, or a bug within the theme. If you've made recent changes to the page templates/sections where this happens, then you can revert the code back to the original state by selecting "Older versions" when viewing the liquid file in Online Store/Themes/Actions/Edit code.
Note: Older versions only work with liquid files. CSS files can not be reverted.
If you haven't made any changes to your theme, then this could be an issue with the theme itself. I would recommend contacting Shopify Support with the details as they can escalate this to our Themes team. Our Themes team will investigate the issue to determine why it's happening, and if applicable, provide a fix.
Note: If the issue is coming from changes to the coding of the theme, or coming from an app that is being used, then our themes team will not be able to troubleshoot the issue, nor apply a fix.
You can contact Shopify Support by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.

Hi @Trevor This is a template liquid that i create called page.delivery.liquid and then in pages create a page called Delivery too and just assing the template there, i have the same page in another web with debut theme too but i dont see this problem there so im really lost on why is happening this thing
