Debut Theme - Underline or highlight current page number

Hi, does anyone know how to underline or highlight the page number the customer is currently on? I cannot seem to get it to work.

Also - I have centred all of my product price on my collections page, but left the price left aligned on my product page. My issue is that my 'you may also like' has the product price left aligned. Anyone know how to fix that? Thank you!!!
