Debutify theme - how to add text under the product price?

Hi,

I am using Debutify theme and I would like to show the % discount under the product price.

How to display the text "You save XX%" (See below screenshot)

Can anyone offer some tips?  Thanks!

@keithcon- this will need code editing into your product template, right now it is night here hence not working right noe, but if you add me to your site then I can do it, I can send collab request at my morning, can you please share website link?
