Delete the icons showing several columns of products

This is an icon that displays several columns of products. How can I delete it? I only need to display 4 columns on the desktop and 2 columns on mobile.

@terzoo- what is the default view? is it showing 4 on desk? if yes then only I recommend to remove it using css
