Delivery method change text phone number and prompt

How do I change the 'Your phone number' and 'In case we need to contact you about your order' wording?

I changed it once, but can't find it again. Been scrolling and scrolling through the default theme content wording and can't find it...

Thank you so much for connecting with our network and sharing your question. Like you, I assume this edit would be found in the Default Theme Content found in:

• Admin > Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit Languages
• Edit languages may also be renamed Default Theme Content

I understand you have already spent a lot of time perusing over this area, so I want to draw your attention to the Checkout shipping section found under Checkout & System. I believe it is this label you are looking for:

To speed things up even quicker, take advantage of the search bar in this section and type in the exact words you use in your delivery section now. That should do the trick!
