Design Time on Narrative Theme - I'd like to switch the hamburger menu to a regular menu

As per this post: https://community.shopify.com/c/technical-q-a/theme-narrative-remove-burger-menu/td-p/1364810 I'd like to remove the hamburger menu on my Narrative theme and replace it with a regular menu. Can I use free design time to do this?

Welcome to the Shopify Community. I noticed you shared my previous reply in the Community, I'd be happy to comment. As I mentioned in that reply, it may be possible to use a portion of design time to make this change. Since you are using a free Shopify theme (Narrative) you are eligible for design time, but the customization requests are at the discretion of our Themes team. Since every store is unique, our team will need to take a closer look before confirming whether or not this will be possible. 

To submit a request to find out if this is possible, you'll need to contact our Support team. To reach out to our Support team, follow the link to our Contact page, login to your store, search for the issue you need help with, for example "Narrative theme" then look for the option to Continue to get support. From there, you'll be able to speak with our team via live chat, email or callback. Contacting our Support team is the only way to make a request to use a portion of design time.
