Desktop image looks bad, Mobile looks fine, How can i resize desktop version.

The desktop image on my site looks terrible, its off to one side. The mobile version is fine.
Can I have a separate image for desktop and another for mobile. I believe that will solve the problem. if not any other suggestions to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
The section is a image with text section that I'm using at the top of the page. It looks fine on the mobile site but terrible in desktop. Can somebody help me change the appearance so it looks better please. I cant find the solution.
