Determining how -in liquid -a variant can be both shipped and picked up

Were wondering if you could answer a Shopify locations question for us. We’re building a feature to our clients site -but just wondering in general how we can do something

How can we determine, in liquid, if a variant can be both shipped AND picked up.  We can check if the product_variant.available is true to determine if the variant has inventory, and we can check the product_variant.store_availablities to determine if the variant can be picked up in stores, but this does not allow us to determine if the variant can be shipped and picked up.

(this issue is that product_variant.store_availabilities only retrieves locations that are available for pickup, it does not include the location set for shipping)
