How can I feature a subscription product on Flow theme homepage?

Hello,

I am currently working with the "flow" font on building my store and I am trying to add a featured product on the home page. However, the product I am adding is a subscription based product. I have gone through and added the necessary add on for the product but when I upload it as my featured product, it does not give the option to select the subscription type. It only gives the option to "add to cart" or "buy now" however my customers need to be able to select which option before they buy.

Can you please offer some help to fix this?
