discount code section not showing up in cart on mobile view

Hi all,

I am having some trouble. The discount code section that appears in the cart shows up on the desktop version of our site but not on mobile. Given all our traffic is mobile its a concern.

Am I missing something?

I cannot see the discount code section appear in desktop also
