Display a custom image instead of product image

Hi All,

I have the following requirement. Our product only have one image, but with some text on it.

The same image without text is uploaded in the "Files" section.

Requirement is that when a user clicks on the product, the product image should be replaced with this other image from the "Files" section.
I've been searching the net for a week, but could not find a way to do it. Request your help.
