Display free shipping with remaining amount on cart page for multiple countries.

I have free shipping with remaining amount showing under cart drawer on our store. This shows the default store . Configured additional country under shopify market that also has a free shipping configured. How can I display this dynamically on the cart based on customer location. 

I am using prestige theme, and this message is currently under default theme content, cart and free shipping remaining amount html.

want to add kuwait to this . The threshold for uae is 350 and for kuwait its 400. remaining_amount picks up the UAE threshold only and assume there has to be some declaration for Kuwait for 400. Any thoughts? many thanks
