Display Metafiled in Custom Liquid Block Based on Market

Hi

We want to show a metafield in the Custom Liquid Section of the Superstore theme based on the Shopify Market

Ie show one metafield on us.rarevinyl.com and a different one on on uk.rarevinyl.com

How can I do this?

I think it will be a combination of these two answers but I am not sure how to combine them
