Display only one section part at a time on mobile view

Hi everyone, 

I'm using the Avenue theme, and I've encountered an issue where each section is set to display two parts on mobile view. However, I want to show only one part at a time. Even after minimizing it to two, it still shows one and a half parts on mobile. For example, in the image with text section, which has three parts, it currently shows one and a half parts on mobile. I want it to display only one part at a time, and the customer can click on an arrow to view the next one.
