Displaying different product featured image and variants based on the collection

Hi all,

I'm using the Dawn theme and I'm trying to find a solution to this problem I am having without creating two separate products.

I have an automotive product that works for two different cars. We can call them Car A and Car B. The product has 8 different color options. Car A uses all 8 color options and Car B only uses 4. Customers are using the same listing to purchase this product for Car A or Car B.

Currently the product featured image is a group of all 8 color options and the product page shows all 8 variant options. This is fine for Car A, but when someone is looking in the collection for Car B, I want them to see a different featured image and only the 4 color variants for that car.

Is this possible to do or would it involve creating two separate listings?

You can use Easify Product Options to create a customizable product listing for cars, allowing customers to choose the car type (Car A or Car B) and see only the relevant color options. It’s easy to set up, requires no coding, and lets you manage multiple variants within a single product listing. Here's how it works:

This is the conditional logic setting in the Advanced Setting, set like this to make sure 'color swatch with 8 colors' only show up when Car A is selected, and do the same with Car B and color swatch with 4 colors.
