District Theme - Missing Mobile Menu

I have tried numerous fixes and the mobile menu will not show up.  Can anyone advise?  sanzclean.com

Hi, just wondered how you fixed this as it is happening to us.  We just updated our District and missing menu on the mobile.....

Yea but I don’t want to start over with the things we have added. I just want the menu to show up.
