Divide orders by colors in main order menu

Hello, I would like to divide some orders in main menu by colors.  (not for customers but for workers)

We will have Christmas orders from next week and I would like to see it colorful when there will be tag Christmas. Otherwise we have also normal orders which can stay without color. 

I would like to make it more clear for our work team.

Is it possible?

As far as I know, it's not possible to modify the backend admin area of shopify.
