Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi,
I'm new to Shopify, and I'm a designer working with a client to design an updated version of their current website. At first I duplicated their current theme and was working within that to make design updates, but the customization is pretty limited. I'm interested in using a page builder to add more customization into the new version of the site I'm designing for them, but I absolutely do not want installing one to affect their current live site. I'm here to ask if 1. installing a page builder and connecting it to their store will affect the existing theme design on the live site? and 2. what the best practice is to do for something like this for designers? Thank you!
