drop down menues on each product

Hi,

I have a shopify website where Im gonna sell jewlery with different gemstones. I want add a couloured circle for each gemstone similar to this:

I also want to add drop down menus where visitor can read on more info about the different plating (silver/gold plating) and drop down menu with size chart similar to this (in the section to the right that says "about this ring" :

How is this done?
