Duplicate First Picture on Product Page - Dawn Theme

I'm having an ongoing issue where the first product image on my product pages is being displayed twice right next to each other.

I've seen many other people with the same issue but no resolution.

I was able to get it resolved via some code for the mobile end but its still showing duplicate images on desktop for whatever reason.

Any and all help is appreciated!
