duplicate thumbnails slider and image on debut

Hi, I have adapted the standard product page template to change the order of DIVs on mobile v desktop. I have 2 div's the same, one shows on mobile and one on desktop. So the top product image div hides on mobile and displays a product image div under the description.

But the JavaScript for the thumbnail images only works on the desktop one. I think that is because it fulfils for the desktop and doesn't then repeat for the mobile div which is lower down the code.

Can anyone help?
