Dynamic content presentation

Dear all,

I want to make a section where I have a left column with titles and a right column where I want to display the content like an image or some text relating to the title. So in the right column I don't want a scrollable list where the information of all titles is displayed directally because I guess if I have a long list of titles and than information relating to each one it will decrease the page load a lot. Instead of this I want that the information at the right is changed when I click in the left column on any title.

What would be the best or some best ways to do that. Would hard code it in a liquid file and than working with case / when a good solution / idea ?
