Dynamically Add Products to Page

We want to feature two rows of products on this page:

https://www.physioworldshop.co.uk/pages/treatment-couches

We would like them to display them as they are on our homepage:

https://www.physioworldshop.co.uk/

Is there a line of code I can use to add a featured collection? At the moment they are not updating dynamically, so if we update an image or price, we have to change it manually on that page too.
