Edit 'You are £300 away from free shipping' In Atlanta theme?

Hello I have recently changed to Atlanta theme and for some reason this message displays and I cannot find the section to edit? My shipping rules are all set up correctly. I also need to edit the share a p mo code section above it

Im sure it's an easy fix but I can't hover over the section to edit.

You may can check on Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings > Cart and check if it has option for that
