Editing Collapsible Content Section on Mobile

Hi, I need help adjusting the collapsible content section on mobile. When I click on a heading to expand the answer, the rectangle gets highlighted to indicate the click, but it stays highlighted afterward.

What I want to achieve is that when I click, the highlight appears briefly (as a click effect) but does not stay highlighted afterward.
